Bookings that are made in final 48 hours before departure are not eligible for any refunds. If you cancel before the final 48 hours to departure, you will be eligible for a partial refund of no more than 65% that will be calculated depending on how close to the date you cancel. Full refunds are strictly issued to those who cancel WITHIN 24 hours of placing the booking. Other circumstances are treated on a case by case basis.
